• Handling three Focus Herbicide products for Dhanuka Agritech Limited across the country.• Providing backend marketing support to the sales team in order to implement a push and pull strategy for the portfolio products on the ground, such as focus product marketing scheme development, POP creation, exploring new opportunities for the products, GAP Analysis, pushing and motivating sales team.• Meet with clients to plan and implement various marketing campaigns for Brand Building and Lead generation that align with overall sales target and company goals.• Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drives brand awareness, trial and distribution, including the day to day execution across Marketing Campaigns, Promotions, and sales support.• Help gather, analyse and present brand, competitor insights, trends and data. Measure and report performance of marketing Campaigns, gain insights and asses against goals.• Designing geography specific GTM strategy for customer acquisition, product distribution, after sales service & customer relationship management.
