Developed the first LEED Certified Energy efficient 205,000 ft2 mixed use commercial and office building. We won the 2020 USGBC Leadership Award for Latin American. We completed the project before schedule and under budget. 82% occupied, one year after completion.

Established the first energy efficient laundry outsourcing service in the region and have served many international customers such as Hyatt and Intercontinental Hotels. We created a Renewable Energy Division and have developed many megawatts of energy and have saved millions of tons of Co2 emissions. Personally, I led a sales team identifying large customers and our R&D department to offer custom energy proposals for consumers and financial institutions.
