Managing end-to-end online and offline training operations to create best experience for participant & client.When we have a training project, I am entrusted to be a project officer (led the team) and what I do is starting from elaborated program design into planned the project journey experience, calculating project cost, set a team for the project, prepared all the equipment, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, conducting program evaluation, and create executive summary program for client. I have handled more than 15 training project as project officer. Other activity when we don't have project, I am entrusted to managing learning management system (LMS) development, make continues innovation for training activity in future, sometime i help team for create & editing video for branding or learning.

Selection process can be more effective & efficient.- Create executive report & recommendation for recruitment team at the end of internship.
