Since my bachelor degree of logistics management, I have been loving supply chain management and optimization because I learned that by finding bottlenecks faster and solve them, we can reduce waste of time, money, and labors in business practices, which definitely benefits people’s personnel lives as well. Now I’m still exploring SCM with a master degree by learning more data analysis skills and fostering better analytical and critical thinking.Being a problem driven individual, I am extremely passionate about process improvement. As a warehouse supervisor intern in a food wholesaler company, I was fully exposed to a warehouse environment and gained a lot of on ground experience on process improvement in a warehouse. More importantly, I realized again strongly that expertise is just what enables to do your work, and it is communication and leadership that helps you proceed the project and make improvement go further in the workplace.With deep recognition of the importance of the qualitative skills, since 2019 I have been in Toastmasters to exercise my public speaking and communication skills. Rising to be officer as Vice President Public Relations in 2019 and Vice President Education currently, I have developed good confidence in getting engaged in management and building more effective relationship.Overall, I’m curious to all supply chain related problems and prepared to perform myself in the workplace.
