Writing R scripts to clean and wrangle complex organizational data. Developing models and visualizations to represent such organizational data in a meaningful and interpretable manner. Creating web applications through R Shiny to automate model creation. Delivering Psychometrics solutions for recruitment and development practices. Debriefing clients and providing aid throughout the employee experience process. Working with both international and local organizations to create customized leadership development surveys and employee engagement/productivity surveys. Provide appropriate analytics for clients and collaborate to plan the way forward.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of MultiRater Surveys and managing the development and innovation pipeline of the platform. Main duties revolve around 3 target areas - users, product & enterprise. On the user-end, establishing, onboarding, and maintaining client relationships to facilitate growth. Provide consulting services to clients, such services range from: survey debriefs & post-survey analyses using Excel, R Studio, etc On the product-end, managing the MultiRater Surveys product (SaaS) alongside the Development, Marketing, and Sales team. Researching, identifying and coordinating improvements to current product.Frequently reviewing the SaaS platform from a UX/UI perspective to optimize user experience On the enterprise-end, responsible for developing business strategy, marketing & exposure strategy, pricing, proposals. Coordinating and planning that relates to business structure. Identifying our target audience and honing in to increase market share
