- Headed the partial completion of a $100M, 25 stories, 140-Room Hotel located at 319 West 35th street with one on-going $150M, 39 stories 177-Room Hotel project located at 58 West 39th street;- Initiate and finalize hotel pre-opening process including but limited to selection of PMS, Furniture, Room Essentials such as bathroom and guestroom products, involving in interior design and execution of interior decoration;- Supervised and hired an on-site workforce of 65 employees including on-site engineer, carpenters, rebar workers, framing and window workers, welders and labors;- Prepare project hard and soft cost, G702/703, Lien Waiver, including periodic on-site walk-throughs for project loan purposes;- Negotiated, searched and coordinated with subcontractors including electrician, plumber, HVAC and elevator.
