Current• Report to senior project manager, advise the project team on contract requirements. • Deal with all post tender issue like preparation of procurement schedule according to the Master Programme.• Call quotations, do cost analysis and negotiation of all sub-contracts, prepare all sub-contract documents.• Do sub-contract/main contract management. Monitor additional cost due to variation orders.• Carry out negotiation with the Consultant to finalize the main contract.• Update working budget and cash flow projection. Prepare monthly project cost control report.
