Yoon eagerly jumped right in at the beginning of his internship and has demonstrated again and again his commitment to learning both about machine learning/NLP theory and applied data science/best practices. It has been truly impressive to see how much he has grown since he started. All of Yoon’s hard work has paid off. Yoon was one of the initial people working on the support request analysis project, and this project has now grown into a full web application which culminated in a peer-reviewed paper which Yoon helped write and present at a recent conference.
