• Serve as team lead both internally and as the client's contact for any active delivery project.• Be responsible for ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in scope, while still meeting quality standards with deliverables and process execution.• Ensure that necessary project activities are completed (including documentation) to drive internal effectiveness and customer adoption.• Outline the Services scope of work in collaboration with the Sales Lead.• Support the development of the business case, and translation to success criteria.• Define the project plans, validate resource needs, and onboard team members.
