- Leadership and Teamwork• Engineered and fabricated Taiwan’s first 4-wheel-drive Formula Student Autonomous Electric Racecars with a maximum power output of 140 kW.• Led a 10-member Electrical subgroup, securing intensive project timelines and sponsorships.- Vehicle Dynamics and Control• Implemented Yaw-tracking Torque Vectoring and Traction Control with motor feedback, IMU sensor, and steering input fusion on 4-wheel-drive racecars.• Conducted onboard powertrain efficiency analysis for design optimization and validation with Simulink.- Electrical System• Designed and manufactured 600 volt / 8 kWh battery packs featuring an in-house-developed stackable Battery Management System (BMS).• Crafted and programmed a custom Electronic Control Unit for vehicle driving control.• Assembled an in-house-designed 800 volt / 120 kW silicon-carbide-based Traction Inverter.

Transformed a combustion-powered go-kart into a fully electric vehicle, equipped with a 130 volt / 2 kWh battery pack and a maximum power output of 10 kW.

Double Pulse Test, Efficiency Analysis of Traction Inverter and PMSM for Electric Racecars• Optimized gate drive resistors in SiC-MOSFET traction inverter through double pulse tests.• Developed an electric racecar energy simulation model with MATLAB/Simulink.• Constructed powertrain system efficiency map through dynamometer tests with Chroma ATE Inc.• Analyzed the PMSM operation histogram and onboard efficiency map for optimizing the design of Formula Student racecars.• Calibrated torque observer adjustment for motor winding's nonlinear characteristics.• Won 2nd place among 34 teams, Syntec Technology Special Award, and USD 1300 in prize money at the 2022 NTHU PME undergraduate research competition.
