Business planning related tasks- Facilitated interdepartmental coordination in order to submit 3 year business planning including budget. Compiled drafts from each business, and facilitated a meeting with APAC head quarter. Contributed executive’s decision by mainly working on external environment analysis, industry overview, competitor’s analysis, and summary of each business strategy part. - Reported to vice president of Global Sales who also manages Japan branch- Fulfilled a liaison role with Japan branch in various operations. Particularly, contributed to finalize Japan branch’s yearly business plan through communication with executives in Japan branch and head of each business - Facilitated M&A and business development negotiations with Japanese Pharmaceutical companies for OBS. Analyzed the possible scenarios for OBS prior to the negotiations in order to help heighten the management’s decision.- Directed entire company product rationalization project as its project leader. After developed product screening model, negotiated with each local company and concluded to eliminate 109 product’s presentations during 2006 and realized higher profitability and efficiency in factory.

- Managed portfolio of 30 clients and provided financial products such as Letter of Credit, forward exchanges etc.- Supervised overseas remittance daily operation which consisted of approximately 10 part time workers

- Provided customers appropriate financial products, such as housing loans, investment trusts, credit cards and foreign deposits.- Exceeded 1 billion yen sales of housing loans from April to December in 2002. (One of the best results among the colleagues who joined SMBC on April 2001)
