Graduate Teaching Assistant - Engineering LeadershipMit Computer Science And Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (Csail) Jan 2024 - May 2024Cambridge, Ma, Us6.9260 Multi-Stakeholder Negotiation for Technical Experts2024 Spring, taught by Samuel "Mooly" DinnarMIT Daniel J. Riccio Gradaute Engineering Leadership ProgramTechnical experts don’t just negotiate one-on-one. Engineering team members and leaders are required to deal with their own team, other stakeholders within their organizations and many external parties. This is true of academic lab settings, and also of commercial technology development environments and government projects. When the number of stakeholder increases, so do the complexities associated with communications, relationships, cultural differences and power dynamics. Effective professionals need to be able to map a multi-party situation and decide when and how to negotiate, facilitate, build winning coalitions, resolve conflicts and strive for consensus. -

Co-Founder, Product LeadReroot Oct 2021 - May 2022[Migration Intelligence - Social Impact]reRoot makes migration easier for all.As social, economic, and climate landscapes change, individuals and families tend to move to where they can find a suitable community. Yet, moving is a huge risk that not many can afford to take, and not everyone is aware of what opportunities may even exist. Having access to digestible migration-related information is especially challenging for minority and immigrant communities. Meanwhile, there is a spatial mismatch between where services and organizations are located and where minority and immigrant communities reside.reRoot is a decision-making support platform that uses the US Census data to assist minority and disenfranchised communities within the United States to migrate and make more informed migration decisions outside of existing networks and word-of-mouth.Our team formed in 2021 as part of The Opportunity Project (at) Harvard, a data sprint hosted by the metaLAB (at) Harvard and the U.S. Census Bureau. We shared a common interest in developing a product to meet the present-day needs of underserved communities. Currently, we are the finalist team at the 2022 MIT IDEAS Social Innovation Challenge and aim to bring global impact. -

Our goal is to take a group of experts with diverse backgrounds and have an intimate conversation about the opportunities and risks associated with Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs). We also dispel myths about what BCIs are actually capable of in the medium term and we help inspire and inform what life could look like in a world where Brain-Computer Interfaces are more commonplace. Whether it's engineering, design, or neuroscience, we have gathered an all-star panel to fully explore every angle of this fast-approaching reality. -
