Managed a team of 7 analysts as the senior technical advisor to the 3 Star General on manpower management, allocation strategies, and resources for the largest and most populated overseas Army installation.Managed the distribution of over 90 commodity Line Item Numbers consisting of over 120,000 force modernization systems totaling over $300M in assets; servicing the entire US Army in South Korea.Led weekly synchronization meetings comprised of multiple stakeholders and national-level offices from Headquarters Department of Army, Republic of Korea Army staff, Program Executive Offices, Program Managers, Product Directors and end users to ensure logistical support plans and resources are meeting the strategic and operational objectives.

Developed written training guidance, policies, and procedures for 13 departments, encompassing over 3,500 soldiers and civilians that are located in over 3 countries, 4 states and territories and crossing 7 time zones.Developed an annual training workshop to analyze, validate, and assist the manning, equipping, and funding requirements to perform short and long range training events.Approved all Defense Travel System (DTS) travel authorizations and vouchers for 22 joint exercises within 9 overseas countries.

Served as the Operations Officer in an American Military Consulting team advising senior foreign officials and training an organization of over 3,000 personnel in various medical, logistical, and tactical efficiencies.Coordinated with staff of 6 departments at 12 separate locations to support integrated logistics requirements such as manpower, contingency real estate, transportation, wartime construction and engineer construction equipment.

Competitively selected over 5 pre-screened candidates to manage the planning and execution of scheduled events, official correspondence, and executive functions in an organization of over 20,000 employees.Flawlessly executed high level Protocol visits including over 16 Distinguished Visitors and State Senators.Enhanced systematic efficiency by creating and implementing a computerized suspense log, standard operating procedures, and templates that reduced processing time for documents by 50%.

Led 109 maintenance personnel and maintained an $11 million inventory of automotive, power generation, communication, fuel and ammunition equipment at over four separate locations. Initiated new inventory controls, saving the Army in over $250 thousand in outdated and unnecessary munitions and equipment.Developed program assessment protocols for evaluating and improving maintenance of vehicles and equipment which exceeded the Department of Army maintenance standard for three consecutive years.
