Accountable for the process modelling strategy for Compressors Business.Led the “Process Modelling” campaign across four plants and worked with manufacturing engineers to achieve digital culture. Developed, validated, and implemented novel process modelling methods for a wide range of manufacturing processes, specialist in fusion welding and Metal injection Moulding (MIM). Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt: Led process improvements for the manual TIG welding process and achieved 14% yield increase.Led the process modelling strand for Rolls-Royce future high-efficiency UltraFan engine.
