As a Retail Design Architect at Landmark Group, I had been exposed to the complete Store design from Concept to Handove. Working in Landmark has been a fun filled experience with the wonderful and supportive team. Retail Design• Work on Store design concept following the Brand Guidelines and Master store Concept design keeping in mind the Department adjacency and percentages as per sales mix • Present the Zoning and Shop fitting layout to Business head for approval • Design and Develop new concept shop fixtures as per VM requirement Project Management• Work with QS to finalize BOQ as per approved design• Work within Approved CAPEX of the project for all verticals, Civil, Shop fitting, Lighting or any special items• Monitor Site works are as per the Design drawings and as per Master Concept and deliver to target Store Opening• Making sure the Store opening date is kept constant and work within constraints to achieve the same
