Hello, Neighbor!Known as "The Creative Visionary" – Founder/Director at eyeSPEAK Enrichment Center, I offer a background in over 14 years of professional and life experiences in developing professionals through student leadership initiatives and activities, and implementation of collective ideas and strategies to serve as a liaison in the community between students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders. My diverse experiences in workforce/student leadership/ministry team development creatively orchestrated my world, I have three years of experience as an independent consultant teaching English as a Second Language to international students, has served as a tutor and mentor to primary students and TNPromise high school students, and is currently creating similar services for adults and churches. It has been an honor to serve the State of Tennessee on numerous local and state sub-committees as a catalyst in student affairs and as a Maxine Smith Fellow (MSF) for the State of Tennessee. I believe that experience drives the vision. Working as a Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) MSF ignited my passion to create community through individual enrichment that provides direct assistance to one’s needs. This is why I launched The eyeSPEAK Enrichment Center, LLC, a faith-based business hub that connects entrepreneurs and organizations' vision to a global world through business consulting, marketing, and print. We help leaders reach their goals of connecting to their ideal audience, donor, and partner. I enjoy serving as a business consultant, coach, and marketing specialist. The eyeSPEAK Enrichment Center, LLC provides diverse community services and experiences.

I Celebr8 ME (ICME) is a grassroots initiative that focuses on empowering individuals to have self-awareness of their ability to create; enlightens individuals of their purpose and those whom they impact on a day-to-day basis.
