About Yuki Ueda (She/Her/Hers)

I have over a decade of experience in program design, assessment, nonprofits, equity work, and international collaboration.I'm a skilled people-wrangler, and I love working with teams to solve complex puzzles. Sometimes those puzzles involve designing curriculum, or recruiting the exact right candidate out of a pool of hundreds, or writing a compelling report to renew a major grant. There's nothing I find more satisfying that tackling a difficult challenge and finding creative solutions!"Energy" and "Bridge" are the two words that come up most often when I ask friends and colleagues to describe my strengths. I bring a lot of positive energy to any group that I'm a part of, and even when I'm tired, I can muster up extra reserves of energy to help others feel excited and included. I also love helping people from diverse backgrounds connect in meaningful ways. Both of these strengths stem from my core value of curiosity, because I genuinely love to learn from people and new experiences.
