Coordinates with the OUCRU network and other partners to identify and address the training needs and opportunities for clinical research in Indonesia and the region. Some of the training activities that the training officer of OUCRU ID may be involved in are:1. Organizing workshops, seminars, courses, and webinars on various topics related to clinical research, such as ethics, data management, statistics, epidemiology, laboratory methods, clinical trials and operations & finance management.2. Developing and updating training materials, manuals, and guidelines for the staff and collaborators of OUCRU for in-person or online/e-learning Training.3. Evaluating the effectiveness and impact of the training programs and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.4. Liaising with the OUCRU network and other partners to share best practices and resources for training and capacity building in clinical research.5. Supporting the development of career pathways and mentoring schemes for the staff and collaborators of OUCRU ID.The training officer of OUCRU ID plays a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the clinical research community in Indonesia and beyond.
