* Timely feeding and prompt with the medications/specifications provided by the owner.* Informing owners of any behavioural and medical concerns to the clients.* Engaging the pets and ensuring physical and mental stimulation (Walks, games and cuddles).* Providing on-time, accurate and prompt updates to the owners – using calls, photos and videos. * Informing owners immediately in case of any mishaps or injuries.

* Experience in Planning & Execution in Fulfillment Operations. * Co-ordinating with on-ground folks to ensure smooth & timely transaction flow. * Identifying, Extracting, and Tracking of correct metrics. * Performing Root Cause Analysis to identify appropriate solutions. * Collaborating with cross-functional team and evaluating alternatives to determine smart solutions. * Focusing on the detailed management of all the deliverable tasks to ensure qualitative delivery and smooth execution.
