I am a generalist attorney at The Bronx Defenders’ Civil Action Practice.I earned my JD at New York University School of Law (NYU Law) where I was a Root-Tilden-Kern public interest scholar and a Birnbaum Women's Leadership Fellow. At NYU Law, I was a Student Advocate in the Immigrant Rights Clinic and the Global Justice Clinic and a Chapter Co-Director of the NYU Law chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project.I graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2017 as a Loran Scholar with a BA in Gender, Race, Sexuality & Social Justice and a minor in Asian Canadian and Asian Migration Studies. Prior to starting my JD, I co-founded Yarrow Intergenerational Society for Justice, a non-profit organization in Vancouver, BC’s Downtown Eastside and Chinatown, that combines service provision and community organizing to address racism, gentrification, and the systemic marginalization of low income immigrant elders.I am passionate about movement lawyering, housing, immigrant rights, community organizing, and human rights.
