Makadaya is physical place, strategic network, and learning laboratory aims to foster a community of Indonesian changemakers. Makadaya Fellowship is its first residential program held in Bali aiming to help 10 selected fellows from across Indonesia to build their social enterprises that are innovative, sustainable, and provide a positive impact.Key Responsibilities:Program responsibility includes but not limited to:- Leading the program and curriculum development process- Brainstorming and researching potential materials, field trip places, and speakers- Facilitating session during fellowshipOutreach responsibility includes but not limited to:- Coordinating and communicating with potential external stakeholders- Ensuring external stakeholders are well informed, booked, and deliver the session as discussedImpact responsibility includes but not limited to:- Creating and conducting weekly feedback survey- Creating and conducting pre, mid, and post-program impact survey- Analyzing and creating impact reportImpacts:- Selected 10 fellows, 7 of them successfully completed the program- Engaged with 50+ partners (community partners, curriculum partners, facilitators, guest speakers, etc)- Part of the East-West Center Innovation for Sustainable Development Fellows 2021 (#EWCinnovationfellows) and received USD 5,000 grants

Raised over $10,000 for Kul Kul Connection and Bumi Sehat Foundation

Foundation is a non-profit humanitarian organization whose aim is to improve the education, wellbeing, and self-reliance of people living in underprivileged circumstances, whilst ensuring environmental resilience and sustainability.Key Responsibilities:- Assisting the preparation of Waterman's Week event, a ten-day event aims to raise awareness about ocean pollution and to raise funds to build Zero Waste to Oceans Education and Demonstration Center in Nusa Dua, Bali- Promoting and providing logistic support for one of the sub-event, Art Competition and Exhibition at Beachwalk Shopping Center, BaliImpacts:- Promoted the event through various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp broadcast message). Managed to get a couple of submissions and selected 5 participants to do live painting on a surfboard
