As co-author of the landmark 2015 version of Law on Science and Technology, I assisted in establishing key institutions, including the National Council on Science & Technology and the National Research Foundation. I was a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University as a Ukrainian Emerging Leaders Program 2021-2022 Fellow.Since 2022, I have been a co-founder and coordinator of the Science at Risk initiative. Also, I am a consultant advising the Ukrainian government agencies and international organizations on science and innovation policy. I am dedicated to propelling Ukraine's scientific advancement and technological development.
