Calibrate is a healthcare startup with a mission to help people lose weight through doctor-prescribed GLP-1 medication, 1:1 video coaching, and lifestyle changes.Successfully managed a diverse, inclusive, and distributed team consisting of 12 engineers to deliver multiple complex and high-quality greenfield projects in a fast-paced environment.
