Designing dashboards and reports in Qlik – identifying consumer needs, advising on better visualizations, gathering and arranging the data, building visualizations, setting up auto update and telegram mail-out.

Designing reporting from scratch; planning headcount based on the sales plans and warehouse capacity, calculating warehouse budget, motivation programs, analyzing and forecasting returns etc; preparing presentations for top management; transferring reports to Qlik.

Managing KA assortment, preparation for new launches and following up the results, evaluating and improving assortment analysis tools, communicating with HQ and areas and other departments.

Working with Nielsen data; developing and issue of reports; comprehensive analysis basing on Nielsen and other sources resulting in overview with possible reasons, trends and recommendations; inductions for newcomers; ad hoc requests – analysis, designing presentations for top management; analyzing data on competitors provided by field force

Support of applications for field force, presentations of new releases, developing and issue of reports
