Established in 2011 by a champion in ISP networking, Fusix Networks is fully focused on providing high-quality Internet services in (currently) 19 data-centers and consulting customers on how to build and operate their own IP infrastructures. My role at Fusix Networks is to execute the growth of the company. The exiting part of my everyday work is the engagement in every aspect of the company's life: Network Operations, New Products, Customer Support, Relationships with Partners - everything is a part of our Internet services: IP transit, Internet access, VLAN and out of band management.

I have a role of Contracts Associate and provide a link between Company's Business Development and Contract Management. Key responsibilities: - innovation and planning of new Products;- negotiation and contracting of strategic partners;- analysis of Company's prices for connectivity and value add services;- balancing of Supplier - Customer service terms; - pursuit and implementation (at the project management level) of interconnects with strategic partners;- evaluation, negotiation and contracting of Suppliers and Consultants;- Project management and follow up on deliverables under contractual obligations;- preparing commercial and contractual proposals in response to RFPs.Developments in the in-flight connectivity were never going as fast as in the recent years, as satellite operators make available data transmission speed comparable with ground IP networks. These days, I am proud to share the Satcom1’ team passion for innovation, elegantly simple solutions and ability to have projects completed to perfection.

The specialty of Jonipe is a Network Operation Centre for management and daily maintenance of Internet Service Provider networks. In order to deliver this core service, Jonipe start a consultancy project aimed to optimise an IP network. In such project, my role is to manager and coordinate communication between people involved and insure that the project is delivered on time, according to quality criteria and within the budget. Completion of consultancy work is followed by an agreement about management and maintenance of the delivered IP network.My skills and competences are: pro-active project management (according to the well known PRINCE2 methodology), set up of a working and trustful relationship with potential customers, make sure Jonipe provides best offer according to the customer's requirements, prepare proposals and contracts. When the contract is executed, my role is to stay in touch with every client to ensure continuous pro-active advice on improvement of network efficiency, security and scalability. The core of this approach is the simple idea that every ISP would agree with: an ISP network is never static, there is always a lot of room for making it better.My next step at Jonipe is to become a trainer on Internet networking for sales personnel at ISP.

At the MVS Group, which includes MVS Telecom, MVS Communications and MVS USA, my career developed all the way from customer support operator to account manager for key Inmarsat Service Providers. My responsibilities comprised market analysis and a pro-active advice on improvement of company’s sales, price strategy and new products. In the frame of new product development, my job included both search and appointment of relevant Suppliers and co-ordination of small IT projects required within larger corporate programs.
