Senior Data Analyst
Current• Establishing the role of Data Analyst, responsible for all data analysis within the Methods department, including developing a unified methodology for data analysis for various inner dep. projects.• Writing, generating, and analyzing data from operational systems of Sheba Medical Center – including CHAMELEON, QFLOW, MDCLONE, TABLEAU, ATD (OLAP cubes), NEMALA surveys, SSRS, CHESS, SYSAID, including constructing SQL queries for reports and deriving conclusions and insights from raw or structured data from these systems. • Segmenting trends and changes in departments with low satisfaction surveys before preparing work plans and feasibility analyses. • Leading meetings on synchronization and integration of parameters with senior executives in the organization to define the logic of the metrics at the medical center to create a single organizational truth. • Leading department’s projects, focusing on analytical needs, including process mapping, identifying bottlenecks, and characterizing reports based on customer requests. Conducting recurring data control based on defined KPIs after implementing project conclusions.
