As Lead Cinematic Artist and Creative Producer I directed the team to create in-engine cinematic scenes and trailers for game projects from the briefing stage to the final product, while at the same time managed multiple projects, coordinating and planning the work of team members and outsourcing, developing and organizing production and technical pipelines. As an artist, I have been involved in every step of the production process, making various work by hands.My daily responsibilities included:- Creating cinematic scenes in Unreal Engine 4, Cryengine3- Handling motion capture through magnetic and optical systems, overseeing the animation process, cleaning up, and editing animations- Conceptualizing ideas, writing scripts, creating storyboards, and actively engaging in discussions with clients- Directing video production within and outside the team- Creating technical and production pipelines facilitating connection between varied specialists, creating documentation- Project Management and planning, creating tasks and monitoring task progress- Directing Voice Recording- Editing video assets- Coordinating and conducting gameplay capturesProjects: Lost Ark, Warface (PC, Console, Mobile, Switch), Warface: Breakout, ArcheAge, Conqueror's Blade, Cross Fire
