• Being actively involved in the trainee's recruitment process• Make contracts and agreement forms for new trainees• Issue new or broken ID cards for daily workers and trainees• Responsible in collect and handling trainees' data and information• Make administrative files including BEO (Banquet Event Order), request letter for employee, CRF (current cheque requisition form)• Inspect monthly locker fumigations• Process trainees’ monthly absence for issuing allowance• Do the attendance edit• Cut-off• Maintain notice board and daily rehearsal• Approve the employees’ leave notification
