- Developing and implementing HR-strategy align with the business objectives and company's values, including recruitment, culture, talent management, ethics- Organizational design and headcount planning, managing of comprehensive organizational changes- Organizing the talent acquisition, recruitment, adaptation process, including mass recruitment of the warehouse & production staff, IT recruitment, C-levels- Managing multiple IT-projects, automation of HR-related processes (goals setting, assessment, HR administration, attendance, Web App with employee's Q&A, reporting etc.) as a product owner or/and project manager including investments' approval, planning, tenders and negotiations, cross-functional interraction, project team management, technical tasks, release management, documentation, testing, training, production launch, operations.- Conducting labor market surveys- Designing & modifying C&B system- Organizing and modifying of the T&D system- Development and managing of KPI / goals setting and assessment- HR documents administrating- Ensure compliance with federal & local legislation, international group company's requirements, integrate global best practice- Improving ER and communication channels via all levels of the company's structure, conflict management, eNPS surveys management- Developing of internal regulations, local normative acts, business-processes overview- Budget planning and control - HR supporting of the new businesses launch, including overseas branches (Kazakhstan)- Organizing of the HR processes in the multi-cultural environment- Successful internal & external audits, labor inspection, prosecutor's checking - International OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 certification and annual re-certification- Managing the full range of HSE & fire safety works- Coordinating peoples and assets security, including technical security systems management
