My role involves supervision of key projects and management of 5 grant projects end-to-end using Agile approach:- Working closely with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS developers launched an online exam registration system that saved up to 40 working hours and reduced paper usage by 90%- Led the grants stream from screening to reporting, winning 5 federal grants totalling $324.000 (against 0 before I took up the role) by collecting all the necessary information, reducing application errors by 70% and successfully administering them to completion

Led 20 international projects with educational institutions and ministries from 17 European and 4 Far East countries: prepared roadmaps and workflow charts, aligned communication of involved peers, controlled and monitored progress, provided reporting- Organised and managed online and offline events with participants from 14 countries totalling 5000 participants- Estimated project costs and stayed within the approved budget in 100% cases- Presented department products at conferences and events, delivering over 20 presentation annually - Resolved issued in communication within department and with external partners by creating chats and organizing regular meetups to align information flows- Supported over 40 Russian and international vendors by resolving and escalating issues - Served as a point of contact between the department and stakeholders- Conducted 30 interviews; hired and onboarded 13 employees- Mentored 10 new team members, helping 3 of them grow from assistant to the head of the department in 3 years- Coordinated over 300 business trips annually
