- Quality evaluation and data analysis to identify areas for improvement in the moderation process;- Reporting on quantitive and qualitative metrics;- Development and maintenance of standards for the security of the platform;- Cross-team project coordination and support as RU Market point of contact: weekly task distribution in the team, facilitation of trainings, peer mentoring, conducting work meetings, building cross-team communication;- Co-owned and conducted in-depth issue & data analysis proposing solutions to the regional cross-functional teams.
