Responsible for corporate financial planning (RBT and RAKB) - Responsible for company's short term and long term financial health and growth as per submitted financial plan- Oversee and lead daily operational processes of the finance, accounting and tax division- Monitor accounting closing process and review financial performance highlights before submission to regulator/HQ- Incharge on ensuring timely and correct submission of compliance reports requested by regulator- Incharge in yearly financial statement external audit process and group's audit process- Liase with other departments to ensure projects/initiatives are executed timely, align with tax/accounting standard and comply with regulation

- Support CEO and Group Regional VP Finance with preparation of financial budget/plans- Ensure full transparency over biz financial performance; delivering consolidated financial statements in compliance with accounting standards on timely basis- Deliver OJK, BKPM, and BI reporting as part of corporate compliance- Liaise with external parties such as external auditor, tax regulator, bank/central bank, BKPM and OJK.- Review and submit statutory tax obligations, annual tax returns and tax computation- Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk; e.g. manage treasury hedging solution- Monitor biz Cash Flow- Update and implement financial SOP and policies

- Prepare a thorough financial plan based on client's needs and risk profile- Collaborate with media in providing financial advice and financial planning related writings- Participate as coach or trainers in financial planning workshops

- Responsible for a timely and accurate reporting of Stratplan, AOP and monthly forecast to headquarter.- Developing new reports to have alignment with WHQ requirement and provide additional insight for the business- Manage capital expenditure budget- Seeking productivity opportunities in SG&A expenses

- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual corporate financial planning; - Analyze Product/Brand profitability;- Manage Capital Expenditure processing and recording;- Manage Trade Related Expenses administration, Advertising & Promotion Expenditure administration and both expenses budgets at brand level;- Coordinate and manage general accounting department (Sara Lee Body Care Indonesia and Sara Lee Household Indonesia) in preparing the financial reports (Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet) and its supporting reports; as well as timely reporting to HO;- Responsible to confirm the intercompany balance of account receivables and payables; insurance administration; stock consignment reporting.
