• As the team lead for English tutors, assist our admin to set schedule and a brief teaching plan with the team.• Teach General English to students who want to continue their studies in some Ikatan Dinas Institutions. The teaching and learning are done online, via WhatsApp group and Zoom.• Developing and implementing learning materials as well as the drilling exercises.

• Respond to customer chats, emails and phone calls.• Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information about gifts, orders, estimated lead time and policies.• Assist customers with navigating the website catalogue and placing orders.• Meet performance metrics; response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.• Assign a salesperson for a new enquiry and work closely with them to enhance clients’ experiences. In addition, help clients to make an appointment with the salespersons.
