- Inputting outlet daily sales recap data through moka, esb, and quinos systems. - Conduct monthly patty cash outlet audits for possible errors or violations committed.- Manage and compile administrative documents such as recording operational expenses, filing CA, and submitting employee reimbursements.- Recapitulate the attendance of outlet crew under management every month and make detailed reports.

- Manage cash transactions, including cash payments, debit card or digital payments correctly and ensure payment compliance in accordance with company policies- Perform sales cash deposits every day- Able to operate moka and eresto cashier system- Serve customers in a friendly manner and provide drink recommendations- Perform general cleaning every week- Record patty cash expenses- Perform stock-taking every month
