Responsibilities:Full lifecycle recruiting, pre-boarding process; Tracking the recruitment process in CRM-system;Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;Coordinating the pre-boarding process;Utilizing a variety of recruiting methods including job boards, social media, and networking to maximize candidate sourcing and grow a company’s employment brand;Attracting a pipeline of quality candidates for technical and managerial positions;Creating and make enhancements to existing job descriptions; Researching and investigating new sourcing ideas and tools.
