Hi there, let's get to know each other!In my current role, I serve as a helping hand, mentor, and internal support for our awesome CSRs. My primary focus is domain transfer and hosting migration, but I'm also expanding my skill set by pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science. Additionally, I contribute to the social media quality assurance process, mainly by creating and maintaining required documentation. In my free time, I'm actively working on improving my English proficiency, having completed three courses and ongoing the 4th one. Besides, I enjoy watching and reading about the latest tech trends, particularly in AI.
