Established an in-house transporter protein absolute quantification platform by optimizing MS methods, including full Scan/DDA, tSIM/DDA, and MRM, as well as sample preparation methods including S-TRAP, eFASP, and SDS-ISD. This platform was then applied to analyze transporter overexpression cell lines and human intestinal organoid cell lines at various differentiation stages. The results showed promising and reliable performance.
