- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment/outsourcing/analytics process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment/headhunting channel and recruitment source- Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization- Develop new lines of HR business as IT outsourcing, HSE trainings etc- Build a quality relationship with the internal and external customers and external recruitment agencies- Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization- Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)- Monitor the labor legislation and implement required changes to keep the process compliant- Manage and develop the team of more than 50 specialists- Design training recruitment for recruiters and line managers of the divisions- Analyze market and expand consulting services inside and outside of the market- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies in different spheres of economics- Task with driving full-cycle recruiting processes- Oversee the compliance of all internal and external regulations concerning the recruitment and selection process- Lead the strategic direction of the department and examines hiring trends in anticipation of the business’s response to labor market changes- Work (negotiate) with HR executives and key stakeholders, HR partners in Central Asia and Europe
