The National Federation of Liver Patients and Transplant Patients strives to guarantee equal access to opportunities for all liver patients, regardless of their socio-economic status. Our focus is on building a society that is not only sensitive, but also well-informed about organic disabilities, organ donation, hepatic diseases and its consequences.As a Nurse Project Management Officer at the Federation, I lead social and healthcare initiatives to improve people's care and achieve social equity. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with measurable results.Some of my key responsibilities are:-Managing a project aimed at identifying and selecting Best Practices among nurses for early detection of alcohol abuse and risky drinking patterns. Main goals were surpassed by a substantial margin.-Successfully securing €70K in public funding within the first 10 months.-Conduct regular audits and evaluations of project outcomes, using data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement.-Designing new projects, defining goals and critical indicators, planning personnel, budget and ensuring those comply with the public funding program's terms and are properly aligned with the Federation's mission.

Director of the nursing section of the 49th AEEH Congress that took place on the 14th and 15th of February. Responsible for selecting multidisciplinary speakers, event planning and shaping vision on the proposed theme: Frailty and Liver Disease.

VoiceDiagnostic is a Swedish healthtech startup developing a digital solution focused on voice therapy. In this role I:•Tested and iterated on designs through user testing and feedback.•Designed wireframes and mockups of the app interface and interactions, while creating and maintaining design guidelines and patterns to ensure consistency across the app.•Collaborated with developers to ensure an optimal user experience by aligning design specifications with technical capabilities and constraints.•Conducted user research to understand the needs and pain points of target users.•Helped with other tasks related to the app development as needed.

As a Registered Nurse, my role has involved addressing the complex needs of individuals facing substance abuse and mental health challenges, with a strong focus on social determinants of health and inequities. I have also provided dedicated support to survivors of gender-based violence.I have worked both in hospital settings and in medium and long-term care facilities, as well as in low-threshold residential programs, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on harm reduction strategies.

I assessed different projects from the Innova-Docentia UCM program, all of them coming from the Health Science field, in order to grade them for further consideration.
