ProtoPie is the most intuitive tool used to turn UI/UX design ideas into highly interactive prototypes for mobile, desktop, web, all the way to IoT.As a software engineer I developed Windows and Mac design authoring applications. Contributed to improving development environments and work processes, leading to increased team productivity.Technical Contributions:1) Design Authoring Application Development - Primarily worked on enhancing the application's framework to handle complex requirements and improve the performance of the application.2) Adobe XD Plugin Development - Developed an Adobe XD Plugin to export design assets to ProtoPie. Acted as a project lead, managing specifications, project schedules.3) Real-time Collaboration POC - Led a project to implement real-time collaboration features allowing multiple users to work on a single design file simultaneously.4) Application Deployment Automation - Collaborated with the QA team to develop a Slack App automating the deployment process for new application versions. Reducing deployment time from over 10 minutes to under 1 minute.5) Customer Support Workflow Optimization - Developed a Slack App with the customer support team to automate ticket assignment and reminders, reducing the average ticket resolution time from approximately 3 days to 2 days. Contributed to achieving a customer support satisfaction rate of over 90%.

Automated tasks that were previously performed manually, laying the groundwork for scaling the education program.3) Web Development - Developed and maintained Frontend and Backend of the company's web pages using React and Express. Implemented features such as user registration and payment functionalities.
