With more than 20 years of work experience in multinational companies, joint ventures and local companies, and has worked in different industries, including IT, Internet, Theme Park and the Pharmaceutical industry. Especially in the field of human resources talent development, I have comprehensive practical and management experience and take the following roles:- In Oct. 2012, I transferred from the business to the HR team and was promoted in 2015 to China T&LD head for a Fortune 500 IT company till 2018. I have achieved outstanding performance, which has been strongly recognized and rewarded. - Joined a local internet company in Aug. 2018, as the senior director of the content center business group, built the team from scratch, and developed digital learning solutions for enterprise clients.- Joined a famous global Theme Park company opening team in May 2020, as the senior manager of leadership development, built the team, and developed the learning roadmap to support the theme park's grand opening. - Joined a top pharmaceutical CRO company in Aug. 2023 as Associate Director of HR L&D and Performance Management, leading the team focus on training, talent development, and performance management.With solid practical experiences, I have developed strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
