• Supervise calibration engineers and technicians in performing internal and external calibration activities ensuring they are complying to HSE and GMP requirement.• Arrange and schedule vendor and in-house calibration activities.• Perform non-conformance investigation related to the calibrated measuring equipment.• Conduct gap assessment in order to comply with requirements related to quality, corporate, ISO 13485, FDA, CSV, BSI, GMP, DI and IGM.• Review calibration methods and test results ensuring they meet the company acceptance criteria and address known issues with the team or vendor.• Help support calibration cost saving projects and improvements.• Calculate measurement uncertainty for in-house calibrated equipment.• Help calibration lead to manage, monitor, schedule and control about 1800 calibrated items using Maximo software.• Create calibration 3rd party service requirement using SAP.• Familiar with Medical device requirements in change management.• Assist and support internal engineers and technician for new equipment calibration requirement such as to define the Test Accuracy Ratio (TAR) and Test Uncertainty Ratio (TUR) .• Manufacturing equipment: pressure gauge, transmitter, oven, sterilizer, refrigerator, balance, rotameter, thermometer, RTD and TC.• Lab equipment: analytical balance, APC, air sampler, microscope, spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatography, HPLC, melting point apparatus, refractometer, viscometer, lensmeter, clearwave, JLR, Ellipsometer, XPS, chart recorders, data loggers, incubator, thermohygrometer.• Water system: conductivity/ resistivity, pH/ ORP, TOC, ozone sensors.

Job Description:• Person In charge for Calibration and Reliability Laboratories• Make the internal calibration schedules for 700 equipment and external / 3rd party calibrationschedule for 65 equipment (electrical and mechanical) based on calibration due date• Mainly responsible for carrying out calibration set-ups and carrying out calibration test based onplanned schedule.• Supervise and advise assistant engineers to do the proper calibration based on calibration procedure• To ensure the external labs (3rd party) have to be certified with ISO 17025 before sending equipment to be calibrated since company is certified with ISO TS 16949 and certified lab is a mandatory.• Issue Purchase Request on the Oracle once the calibration quotation from 3rd party has been approved by Engineering Manager.• Maintain all of the Equipment inventory and responsible for the operation maintenance of allequipment including the periodic verification of all in-house equipment.• Responsible for the accountability of the equipment inventory of the Company.• Make the calibration report and documentation• Use the established internal procedures as well as industry standards, manufacturer procedures, etc. for the proper calibration• Make the internal and external reliability schedules per quarterly• Verify the samples for external test before sending to Dectron Lab (Dectron lab is certified with ISO 17025 a part of KEMET Charged company)• Prepared all the required document for the audit purpose.• Hands on doing the internal reliability test based on IEC 60384 standard for Film Capacitor such as Robustness test, Solderability test, climatic test, endurance test and etc• Check and approve / disapprove the finished test report• Follow up and check the running test / experiment performance at reliability lab.• Approve and order required things that needed for calibration and reliability test labs.• Supervise and help sub-ordinary and train for the test activity.
