Experienced in conventional and solid-state battery research and production process optimization- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through a stage gate process to deliver time, cost, and performance objectives- Past experience of identifying intellectual property and commercialization of the product;- Deep understanding of battery materials (both cathode and anode) and electrodes research and development- Experienced in planning and executing Design of Experiments (DOEs) for cells fabrication and testing;- Completed Six Sigma Black Belt training; familiar with root-cause analysis (RCA) and the development of mitigation action based on the understanding of Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA);- Experienced in material characterization techniques including XRD, TEM, SEM/EDS, FIB, etc;- Expertise in material electrochemical characterization including cycling, CV, GITT, EIS, etc;- Broad knowledge of inorganic material synthesis including solid state reaction, sol-gel, co-precipitation, hydrothermal, PVD and CVD, etc.
