I am currently a professor in business school, the director of the international institute of big data in finance, Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China. I am an IEEE senior member and also act as the Secretary of the IEEE Communications Society Technical Subcommittee for the Internet of Things from Jan. 2013. I serve as associate editor of the Springer journal Personal and Ubiquitous Computing. I received my PhD in 2009 from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing, China. After receiving the Master of Engineering from the College of Information Science and Technology of Beijing Normal University in Beijing, 2003, I worked as an assistant professor at Beijing Normal University (2003-2009). My research interests include Internet of Things / Web of Things, Semantic Link Network, Knowledge Representation, Cyber-Physical-Socio Intelligence, and Finance Big data.
