Growing up around my father’s tavern, I developed a passion for small business early on in my life. While studying at the York College of Pennsylvania, I eventually would go on to start my own business in the home furnishings industry. The startup company, Noir Gallery, grew from a single online store to a multi-channel retailer in under one year, selling products on industry-leading e-commerce properties including Wayfair and Home Depot. In 2018, I left Noir Gallery to go back to my roots. Working with small business owners to transform their businesses click-to-close became my true calling. It took me back to helping my Dad navigate the world of Facebook as it became an emerging platform for small business marketing in 2010.Since May 2018, my business, Schiffbauer Consulting Group has helped bring thousands of new customer opportunities to small business owners in Central Pennsylvania and Baltimore County through a "Click-To-Close" approach.In 2023, my group & I helped generate over 3,000 business opportunities for our book of home service based business clients in Central Pennsylvania, alone.Most recently, I have been recognized by Central Penn Business Journal for their 2024 Power 100 List. The Power 100 is a group composed of the area’s 100 most significant, influential, and respected leaders – as well as behind-the-scenes change-makers.

  During my tenure at Noir Gallery, I oversaw the daily sales and operations functions of the wall art brand. Specifics include the activation of wholesale relationships with retailers and design firms to management of Noir Gallery's various online merchandiser channels.As of 2023, it looks like my former start-up folded due to poor leadership.
