• Purchase order processing - manage end-to-end purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines to meet operational needs.• Inventory control - monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and collaborate with relevant departments to prevent stockouts and excess inventory situations.• Supplier management - identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, pricing, and contracts to ensure the best value for the organization.• Documentation - maintain accurate and organized procurement records, such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

• Account receivable management - establish regular follow-ups to make sure payments are received on time. Coordinate with company drivers to ensure issues from customers are addressed promptly and clearly.• Account payable management - oversee the timely and accurate execution of payment runs, including cheques, and wire transfers, ensuring compliance with payment terms.• Expense management for the company’s daily operation, such as claim processing.• Filing and document management - keep track of the company’s physical / digital documents and facilitate document application such as ISO certificates.

• AI training data management - coordinate with the algorithm team to manage the data iteration process, including data collection, annotation and book keeping.• Annotation crew management - which consists of third-party contractors and part-time workers. This includes annotation standard setting, task delegation, results validation and payroll management.

• Employee benefits management, including team building, attendance management, business trip arrangement, annual travel arrangement.• Government project application, including government subsidy application and general project application.• Office inventory management, including budget making, purchase, book keeping, maintenance and distribution around the office.
