Work at Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU)-Exp. Law Beraeu-Exp. Directorate Merger and Acquisitions Do as articles 82, 83 of regulations no 2 years 2019, organization and work procedures of KPPU (Directorate M&A)with task & function: a. Conducting the acceptance of notifications, initiating research, investigations, and/or examinations of alleged delays in notifications of business mergers or acquisitions; andb. Conducting clarifications of reports, initiating research, investigations, and/or examinations of alleged violations of business mergers or acquisitions that may result in monopolistic practices and/or unfair competition.-Assessment of the completeness and clarity of the report content, implementation of clarifications and reporting of clarification results, -Receipt and validation of notification, gathering of information from government officials, business entities, academics, consumers, and other relevant parties for the assessment of business mergers or acquisitions-Summons and examinations of witnesses, experts and defendants in the context of investigations and/or examinations-Assessment and analysis of M&A notifications (products, industry market) statements, letters, documents, and/or other evidence, as well as the results of on-site inspections and compilation and reporting of investigation results, as well as the submission of recommendations on whether to initiate legal proceedings-Development, implementation, and evaluation of systems, methods, and instruments for receiving notifications, monitoring, initiative research, investigations, related to business mergers or acquisitions.
