1. Conduct research on human trafficking, forced labour, business and human rights, ethical recruitment and employment, and related issues particularly in Asia;2. Develop system for migrant workers assistance particularly from Indonesia corridors (e.g. Indonesia-HK, Indonesia-Malaysia);3. Direct assistance to migrant workers who experience unethical recruitment and employment, forced labour, trafficking and other employment and migration issues.

Under CHAMPSEA (Child Health and Migrant Parents in South-East Asia) project, assisted a fieldwork preparation in West Java, Indonesia by updating questionnaires and manual for survey and other data collection process; also participated in the selection process of the partner university.

Provided technical assistance to support IFES’ regional program to strengthen anti-corruption efforts of ASEAN and ASEAN Member States by:1. Identifying key institutional actors in the ASEAN Secretariat for the ACT program to engage in dialogue on advancing anti-corruption goals;2. Conducting research on the current state of anti-corruption agenda and program under ASEAN;3. Providing key recommendations on key activities and other opportunities for IFES to establish anti-corruption program or agenda with ASEAN and its member states.

Research on individuals involved in human trafficking for domestic labour and sex industry in Indonesia.

Managed JICA projects on South - South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) between Indonesia and other developing countries such as East Timor, Palestine, Southeast Asian countries, and other countries by: - Coordinate, plan and manage South-South Triangular (SSTC) Activities include communication with the related government counterpart, JICA overseas office and HQ.- coordinate, plan and manage researches or studies related to SSTC. This includes TOR preparation, consultant selection, budget estimation, and procurement process.- Observe and cooperate with the Capacity Developement Project for SSTC (CADEP) and it's experts.- Coordinate, plan and manage international meetings / workshops related to SSTC. For large events, this would include hiring third party entity (event organiser or consultant). - Maintain network with government counterparts related to SSTC, especially Bappenas, MOFA, Ministry of State Secretariat, and Ministry of Finance as the core counterparts of Indonesia's SSTC, and major technical line agencies.- Maintain network with major development partners on SSTC (WB, UNDP, GIZ, USAID).- support dispatch of Government of Indonesia official for overseas project- Attend meetings and follow up the tasks of meeting members.- Plan and prepare contents of JICA Indonesia's SSTC annual booklet, as well as procurement process of the booklet.

Assisting the work of Prosperity manager in managing projects under prosperity fund scheme by: 1. Supporting in monitoring implementation of Prosperity Fund projects; ensuring timely delivery by implementers, including meeting quarterly and annual reporting deadline; ensuring implementers provide any other necessary reporting.2. Providing support with organising activities, visits and meetings related to project delivery and monitoring; participating in events as required and occasionally representing the Embassy.3. Regular liaison with project implementers; managing the project database.4. Regular engagement with policy leads in Prosperity Team.5. Playing a lead role in the administration and financial management of the projects.

Researcher under the Working Group of Local Governance. The field research itself was conducted in Kampong Speu province, Cambodia for 2 weeks in August 2014. My responsibilities included:1. Co-Prepared a research proposal including literature review2. Co-Presented a research proposal3. Co-Drafted interview questions to some governance offices, NGOs and villagers4. Conducted interview with representatives of governance offices, NGOs and villagers5. Analyzed the inputs of field research6. Presented the output of the research to the representatives of Kampong Speu local government and to the students and professors of the Royal Phnom Penh University and Ewha Womans University 7. Co-Drafted the field research report8. Presented the output at the ASEAN Campus Seminar at the Nagoya University.

In the Security Cooperation Division, ASEAN Secretariat, I work under 3 units, comprising ASEAN Defence Ministers Meeting (ADMM), ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), and Non-Traditional Security (NTS). I assisted the division by providing supports with respect to meetings / workshops and for the implementation of program and projects between ASEAN and dialogues partners or ASEAN member states under Security Cooperation (especially non-traditional security unit).

I worked under private companies (in airlines sector and media sector) to gain some experiences after graduation, and seek my real interest / potential. During that time, I obtained some skills in administration, event management, journalist, and safety and security.
