- Recruiting Workday professionals across North America for select Workday partners within the certified ecosystem as well as Workday customers. - Opportunities include full time roles as well as long term projects and contract opportunities for independent Workday consultants.

- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.- Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food services, transportation, or relocation service.

- Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings. - Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.- Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
