The program walks aspiring early-stage impact investors through the process of creating their impact investing thesis, measuring impact, learning how to find and screen opportunities, assess team, understand the 101 of the due diligence process, negotiations & closing, and exits and returns.Throughout the training, the emerging investor group will also hear from industry experts and partners, gaining insights, building their network and resources to become successful at impact investing. At the end of the program, the emerging investors will make an investment in a social venture of their choosing facilitated through Spring's program.

• Performed project and resource management through careful assessment and scoping of over 50 life science projects in the project pipeline. • Collated and communicated Comvita’s commercial research portfolio to the wider Comvita team.

• Investigated the competitor landscape and analysed market insights to Comvita Korea.

• Participated in the screening process of new start-up projects, and supported start-up client growth, administering the accelerator programme.• Developed and facilitated market validation for start-up clients.
